Ice Tycoon 2 Gem 5 — Castle Well Maze
Gem 5 is the fifth and final hidden gem required for Secret One in Ice Tycoon 2. It lives at the end of the castle mountain well maze, guarded by a short but precise parkour segment that has stopped many players one gem away from the full five percent secret income boost. Treat Gem 5 as a capstone run: confirm Gems 1 through 4 are already in your inventory before traveling to the castle biome so you can insert all five into the gem upgrader wall slot immediately afterward.
Travel from your tycoon toward the castle mountain region on the far side of the progression map. The well entrance sits on the mountain approach — look for stone masonry and a bucket rope visual distinct from ordinary water wells near base. Enter the well to drop into the underground maze. Lighting is dim, so increase brightness settings if you play on mobile.
The maze under the castle well uses repeating corridors designed to confuse first-time runners. Hug the right wall on entry, then switch to left-wall following at the first triple junction where community maps mark a statue corner. Wrong turns loop back to the entrance silently without warning text, which feels like lag but is intentional maze design. Drop breadcrumbs by noting unique torch colors if you play without external maps.
When the maze opens into a cavern with vertical ice columns, you are near the exit tunnel leading to parkour. Climb the ramp toward daylight cracks above. The final parkour segment begins at that transition: narrow ledges above a fall pit, a jump to a swinging rope or beam depending on game version, and a landing pad with the gem sparkle.
Parkour at the end requires the same patience as Gem 3 factory wall runs. Center each jump, avoid sprint until the last gap, and respawn from the maze checkpoint rather than walking from tycoon if you fall. Collect Gem 5 and open your gem counter — it should read five of five.
Leave the maze and go directly to the gem upgrader wall slot. Insert all five gems in one session to trigger Secret One and the first five percent permanent income bonus. Partial insertion without the fifth gem does not grant secret credit. After Secret One, continue with standalone secrets from the overview page.

Slot all five gems, claim Secret One, then knock out Secrets Two through Four for the remaining fifteen percent income from secrets.
